Enjoy the simple and profound course in Transcendental Meditation over 4 sessions of 1 hour. Learn the technique one-to-one with your teacher locally and choose between a fully in-person or hybrid course format.

Meditate to gain clarity. Get coached & reach your goals.
1-1 virtual coaching & Transcendental Meditation are separate & complementary pillars in your Thryve3 journey.
Step 4
Kick-off your coaching
Get to know your coach and establish the priority areas and skills you would like to focus on. Work together to define metrics to keep track of your progress. Your coach will act as facilitator and as your accountability partner for successful growth towards your goals. Choose between 6 or 10 virtual coaching sessions of 1 hour, spread over 3 months.

Keep on fuelling your coaching with the clarity of Transcendental Meditation 20 minutes twice per day, benefiting from on-demand support. Enrich your journey with online Sunday wellness retreats & hone key skills through expert-led masterclass webinars. Reached a key coaching goal or completed your 50th meditation?
